A clean sweep for Brandix

Once again, proving their supremacy, Brandix Lanka made a clean sweep at the Taiki Akimoto 5S Competition and the Nagaaki Yamamoto Kaizen Competition. On Saturday 21 st evening, at a glamorous function arranged by the Japan Sri Lanka Technical & Cultural Association (JASTECA), Brandix was recognized nationally for their efforts in implementation of 5S and Kaizen.

Brandix Finishing , an integral part of the inspired solution of Brandix, won the prestigious Nagaaki Yamamoto Kaizen Overall National Award as recognition of their steadfast efforts in fostering continuous improvement in productivity, quality and safety in the work environment. Brandix Casualwear Avissawella , another vital component of the inspired solution of Brandix, walked away with the Taiki Akimoto 5S Overall National Award for 5S implementation across all sectors - apparel, plantation, manufacturing, Trade and service sectors as well as winning the GOLD award for the apparel sector.

Yet another essential component of THE inspired solution of Brandix, Brandix Lightsew Kahawatta was placed second runner-up in the Taiki Akimoto 5S Overall National Award as well as the first runner-up for the apparel sector. Brandix Casualwear Seeduwa and Giritale and Brandix Lightsew Jaela were awarded Merit awards.
