Driven by Precision. Powered by Purpose: The People and Progress Behind Our ESG Story
Progress begins with our people
For us, progress means creating opportunities for our people to build a better future.
That could mean an Associate developing the confidence to take on a new role, a colleague finding support during a difficult time, or a woman seeing a clearer path into leadership. It also means making sure our people have the tools, training and support to do their jobs safely and with pride.

During the year, our Executives completed 2,549 learning interventions to strengthen their skills. Women’s representation in management reached 18%, as we continued working towards our target of 27% by 2030.
Our F1 approach brings this commitment onto the factory floor by recognising our Sewing Associates as the drivers of our manufacturing teams, supported by the people around them.
We also made progress in workplace safety, with our Accident-Frequency Rate falling from 3.23 to 2.96 accidents per 200,000 hours worked. Every improvement matters, and making our workplaces safer remains an ongoing responsibility.
Caring for the places we call home
Our relationship with a community grows through listening and showing up.

Through community forums and ongoing conversations, we work to understand the needs of the neighbourhoods around our facilities. These relationships help shape our support, whether through access to safe water, educational assistance, healthcare or opportunities to earn a livelihood.
Our community programmes reached more than 400,000 direct beneficiaries this year. Behind that figure are everyday needs that matter deeply to families: being able to access care, support a child’s education or live with better water and sanitation.
Our colleagues help carry this work forward, volunteering their time and energy to support the communities they belong to.
Making better use of what we share
Making apparel depends on resources we all share. We have a responsibility to use them carefully.

This year, our Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell by 3%. Nearly 19 MW of installed solar capacity, together with sustainable biomass, helped renewable sources meet 32% of our energy needs. Rainwater and recycled water also met 29% of our total water demand.
We reused or recycled 87% of the solid waste generated across our operations, while 43% of our primary raw materials were sustainably sourced.
These results also point to areas that need more attention. Compared with the previous year, our renewable energy share fell from 37% to 32%, waste reuse and recycling from 90% to 87%, and sustainable material sourcing from 45% to 43%.
Understanding these gaps helps us focus our next steps: expanding renewable energy, strengthening waste recovery and working with our partners to increase sustainable material sourcing. Our ambition is to make these improvements consistent and lasting.
